As a team, our experts have conducted research and outreach on proliferation of strategic and military technologies, border security, illicit trade, and the use of sanctions, strategic trade controls, and foreign aid by governments as tools of economic statecraft.

Because these global issues intersect, they require a holistic approach to improve our understanding of them and the threats they create.

The goal of PISCES is to contribute to the greater good by conducting research that raises global understanding and awareness of these critical security, commercial, and economic issues.

We draw on our team’s practical and research-based expertise to assist governments, the private sector, and international organizations develop effective policies both to combat and raise awareness of these issues.
